Bindu is an internationally trained physiotherapist and has been practicing physiotherapy for more than 26 years. She has experience working in hospitals, nursing homes, long term care facilities, retirement homes and private clinics.
She has vast understanding of the problems faced by different age groups and uses an integrated approach of manual therapy and other techniques to effectively treat her patients with empathy and dedication.
She has completed many professional development courses that keep her updated with current development in the physiotherapy field.
Bindu is happily married for 26 years and enjoys spending time with her family, She loves cooking reading, walking, Kayak, down hill skiing and traveling.

Lalit graduated with his Bachelor of Science in Physiotherapy from Utkal University is 1992. For 23 years he has worked in hospitals, long term care facilities and in private clinics. He has been practicing in the field of orthopaedics musculo skeletal and sports injuries. He also has extensive experience with workplace injuries and motor vehicle accidents. In addition he has attended many courses in manual therapy and acupuncture, He has presented two scientific papers in All India Physiotherapy Association's annual conferences.
Lalit has been extensively working on pain and functional disorders in the area of pelvic ( sacro-iliac joints) and lower back. He treats a person as a whole and has developed an elaborate examination to identify the root cause of the problem to effectively treat it with the use of manual therapy and Muscle Energy Technique He has been very successful in treating multiple area pain especially on one side of the body or pain spreading to various parts by correcting the alignment to restore balance between different body parts. This has helped hm to successfully treat chronic knee, heel, shoulder and neck disorders.
His physical activities include yoga, meditation, badminton, swimming, walking, Kayak, Paddle boarding, Biking and down hill skiing , He loves travelling and eating out with family.
