Bindu is an internationally trained physiotherapist and has been practicing physiotherapy for more than 29 years. She has experience working in hospitals, long-term care facilities, retirement homes and private clinics.
Bindu has a vast understanding of the problems faced by various age groups and uses an integrated approach of manual therapy and other techniques to effectively treat her patients. She provides the best possible care with empathy and dedication. She has completed many professional development courses that keep her updated with current advancements in the field.
Bindu is happily married for 28 years and enjoys spending time with her family. She loves cooking gardening, reading, walking, kayaking, downhill skiing and travelling.

Lalit graduated with his Bachelor of Science in Physiotherapy from Utkal University in 1992. For 27 years he has worked in hospitals, long-term care facilities and private clinics. He has been practicing in the field of orthopedics, musculoskeletal and sports injuries. He also has extensive experience with workplace injuries and motor vehicle accidents. In addition, Lalit has attended many courses in manual therapy and acupuncture and has presented two scientific papers at the All India Physiotherapy Association's annual conferences. Lalit has been extensively working on pain and functional disorders in the area of the pelvic (sacroiliac joints) and lower back.
Lalit treats a person as a whole and has developed an elaborate examination to identify the root cause of the problem to effectively treat it with the use of manual therapy and the Muscle Energy Technique. He has been very successful in treating multiple areas of pain, especially on one side of the body or pain spreading to various parts by correcting the alignment to restore the balance between various body parts. This has helped him to successfully treat chronic knee, heel, shoulder and neck disorders.
Lalit enjoys yoga, meditation, badminton, swimming, walking, kayaking, paddleboarding, biking and downhill skiing., and travelling.
